The Black Swamp Arts Festival is almost here, and we’re gearing up for our annual Pisanello’s Pizza Booth fundraiser benefiting the Wood County Humane Society. This event is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, and we need volunteers to help make it a success.
You can sign up to volunteer here.
Here’s a quick look at the available roles:

Set-Up Crew: Help us get the booth ready before the festival opens. Light lifting, organizing, and prepping supplies.

Golf Cart Driver: Shuttle pizzas from Pisanello’s to the booth.

Credit Card Handler: Process credit card sales using a phone

Cash Handler: Manage cash transactions and keep the line moving smoothly. Attention to detail is key.

Pizza Slinger: The heart of the booth! Serve slices, keep the pizza flowing, and help create that fun, energetic atmosphere

Shift Captain: This role is reserved for board and staff.
Can't Volunteer, But Still Want to Help?
If you can’t volunteer this year, you can still support the fundraiser. We’re accepting donations to help cover supply costs like paper products, water, and pop. This will directly impact how much we’re able to raise for the animals.

Come and shop creations from some of your favorite local artists( 2 and 4 legged), enter a raffle comprised of participating artists' work and help support the Transcendence Artist Coalition and the Wood County Humane Society! Bring a pet food or litter donation for a free raffle entry, and help stock the community pet pantry at The Bridge Urgent Pet Care!
